Public Notice- The Stokes County Sheriff’s Office located at 1012 Main Street Danbury NC 27016 will be closed January 1, 2026 for New Year’s Day. If you need to speak with a deputy you may call the communications center at 336-593-8130 for a non-emergency and 911 for emergencies only. Sheriff Joey Lemons and his staff wishes everyone a safe and Happy New Year.
